Congratulations on your engagement, its such a happy time and thoughts of the wedding seem to be on your mind all the time. Here at the Wedding Genie we want you to feel as happy as you do now all the way through the wedding planning process.
We believe that your wedding should reflect you as a couple. Wedding Genie will help create a celebration that has your stamp all over it, without you spending the many hours and weeks it takes to plan that vision.
We know it takes around 250 hours to plan a wedding, that equates to six weeks full time work. Busy working couples just don’t have the time to spend hours surfing the internet or trying to chase suppliers in their lunch hour, and then battle through the maze of advertising and sales that jumps out at them every time they open a wedding magazine. Its no surprise that couples begin to feel frazzled, and spend money on things they don’t really need.
Our speciality is working closely with you to create a wedding day that brings to life your dreams and vision but, at an affordable cost, whilst at the same time helping you have a wonderful wedding planning experience.
What we do?
We will listen intently, get to know and understand you, work with you from the beginnings of your ideas, and then help you bring to life the dreams and vision of “Your day”. Our advice and support will be on hand every step of the way, and you can be involved as much or as little as you like.We won’t take over your wedding or push you into anything that is not right for you. Wedding Genie are passionate about inspiring couples so the start of their marriage lays a great foundation for the future. We will keep you on track with your budget so there are no surprises at the end of the journey and keep you fully informed throughout. Your wedding will be one of the best days of your life and we will be thrilled to have played a part in it.
Some of the things we include within the “Full Works” service:
- Free initial consultation to get to know you, understand your vision and cover the what, where and how of your wedding day.
- Theming and styling. To include a mood board and written project plan so you can clearly see your ideas and the essence of your day.
- Sourcing of all major suppliers, such as photographer, florist, cake maker, stationery, entertainment etc.
- Personal details to make your day special and unique.
- Setting and managing the budget. We will keep track of the costs and keep you within your spending limits.
- Managing of RSVP’s help with wording on stationery and advice on when to send invites etc.
- Time lines, schedules and check lists.
- Help with sourcing presents for the wedding party.
- “On the day coordination”. We will be on hand to ensure you enjoy every minute of your wedding with your family and friends.
- Supply of emergency kit.
- Email and phone support throughout the process. We will be here to support you when you need us.
We create a bespoke service that is in tune with exactly what you want. We don’t charge a percentage so it doesn’t matter what your wedding budget is or size of the wedding. Our offer varies according to your needs and wants.
