I’ve packed a little bit of Wedding Genie Magic into this planning piece of heaven. Learn how to set and stick to your budget. Apportion your budget to the various areas of the wedding by letting The Genie Wizard suggest what to spend on each item so you have a starting point. This handy tool will alert you when you spend too much and then allow you to refine your budget. After all it’s your money and you can spend it how you like

As well as the interactive budget planner you also get to record all the details of your suppliers. Everything is in one spreadsheet so it’s easy to handle. You can see what your budget is for each area to keep you focused too. Even record when your payments are due. In the run up to the wedding there won’t be any frantic checking to try and find everyone’s number, or battling under tons of paper! You will have it all to view at the click of a button.

You can enter notes too. Why not write down all your appointments so you can keep your diary organised. That final dress fitting when when was it? Just check the outfits tab and there it is. Use this area for a list of to do’s too if you like.

What about your guest list? Who has RSVP’d, were they vegetarian did they need a hotel room? How many are children, phew who needs this stress especially in the run up to the wedding. All you have to do is add your guests as they send back their replies and the guest manager will do the rest! Easy!

There is even an area to work out your table plan! This is often quite tricky but follow my simple advice and it will be no problem for you. What’s more when the stationer requires a list for your table plan just email the spreadsheet to them. The same goes for your venue. No duplicate work, wedding planning is time consuming enough without doing everything twice. That is the reason for two spreadsheets. You can keep your budget and notes private whilst you use the guest management sheet to email to the venue and stationer.

The application is Microsoft Excel and is compatible with windows and MACs.
